You have access to all the garden area within the secure gated complex, there are no bars or restaurants within the complex, however there are many to choose from just a short walk outside the gate.

There are four different gates into the complex, the main gate key opens all of them, they bring you out at different places along the street, one brings you out right outside Bogart's Restaurant and Bar, very handy indeed!

There is an intercom system on the gate and door to the block so that guests can buzz your apartment and you can press a button on the unit in the kitchen to let them in. The instructions how to use it are on the unit.

The brown pathway is new and very smooth so is wheelchair friendly however there are a few little steps down to the block door. There is a lift to all floors on this level.

​

The main pool is the largest in the area and has showers which you must use prior to swimming plus a secluded grassy area (insect repellent is recommended) and benches for sunbathing.

 

There is a smaller, shallower pool for children as the water in the main pool is very deep at the deep end. Pool toys are not allowed, the rules regarding the use of the pool are posted on the gate.

The main and children’s pool are open weekends in May (12-5) and from June (12-8) then July and August (12-9) until the first week in September (12-6) and have a ‘Soccarista’ (life-guard) in attendance.

 

There is a card in the apartment that you will need to take with you to the pool until they are used to you so that they know you are a resident of the complex. 

 

Please do not take towels other than beach towels to the pool area as the chlorine in the water bleaches them. You can take your own deck chairs/sun-loungers to the pool but you are not allowed to leave them there.

During the week there will be gardening work, maintenance and cleaning taking place, there are plans to paint the buildings and windows/doors etc in the very near future.
