The purpose of this website it to measure interest in our holiday home so that we can see if it will be worth paying for the licence.

DEPOSIT and PAYMENT
PRICES
In accordance with our licence there is no minimum stay.
The price* differs depending upon the season:
High Season
£500 per 7 night stay, additional nights charged at £71.50 per night.
Mid Season
£450 per 7 night stay, additional nights charged at £64.50 per night.
Low season
£400 per 7 night stay, additional nights charged at £57.50 per night.
Please look at the calendar to check your dates. If your dates fall between 2 seasons, speak to Debbie to determine the total cost.
*This includes electricity, water, WI-FI, cleaning and laundering of towels and bedding, there are no additional charges payable unless you choose from additional costs below.

Private Transfer 40 Euros each way, either paid in advance or directly to driver.
Mid-stay clean 25 Euros, either paid in advance or directly to cleaner.
Call out for keys left in apartment, 10 Euros, paid directly to property manager.
Lost keys replacement 50 Euros (90 Euros if you have a remote control also), paid directly to property manager.
A welcome pack can be arranged if you wish to have some food and drinks waiting for you, especially if you are getting a late flight, price on request, payable in advance.
A deposit of 30% of your total rental (only) cost is payable upon booking.
If you cancel your reservation* up to 10 days beforehand, we are entitled to keep up to 50% of the deposit. If the cancellation is made with less than 10 days to spare, we are entitled to keep the entire advance payment.
If we cancel the reservation* up to 10 days beforehand, we must return the entire advance payment to you. If the cancellation is made less than 10 days beforehand, you are entitled to be compensated with 30% of the price of the contracted stay.
*Unless the rental is cancelled by either party for substantiated reason or force majeure, for example an emergency outside your control or 'act of God' (tornado, flood etc) then no compensation will be due.
The balance of your payment will be due 14 days before the start date of your holiday, you will receive a contract to sign and return, upon receipt we will return a copy of the contract which forms your receipt, the keys* and any further information you might require.
*If you prefer we can arrange for you to be met by a representative who will escort you to the apartment and discuss any questions you have.
CHECK IN: 2pm on date of arrival unless otherwise agreed.
CHECK OUT: 12pm on date of departure unless otherwise agreed.
